Doti will show you how your past lives have come through into
the now and reflected themselves. Ever "remembered" the smell of
the ocean even though you had never been there? Had a remarkable
talent for singing, painting or writing without a single class?
You could have been a famous artist or opera singer in a past
life.
In this workshop you will be joined by Universal Church
of the Master (UCM) ministerial students as they pursue their
healing certificate. A group setting is incredible for moving
into a past consciousness. Many groups find there is a time when
they were together in a previous incarnation.
After the meditation -- you will be asked to share if you
want to do so. As with all of Doti's classes, if you are
uncomfortable -- say "pass" and the next person will be asked to
share.
Please wear loose-fitting clothes as some of the session will
be on blankets and pillows on the floor or in a chair if that is
more comfortable.
Water and snacks are provided. Bring your lunch if you
prefer.

Yoga – Spring Back into Yoga
with Krishnapriya

Beginning
April 5 for 12 weeks – Mondays, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Cost: $TBA The first class is always FREE -- Come try it at
no cost.
Each week a theme is covered and
specific asanas (poses) will be taught that benefit a part of the
back along with Pranayama (Breathing) exercises and a Guided
Meditation in every class.
The Magical Ones are reviewed in each

For best practice: Light eating at
least two hours before class, wear loose fitting clothes, and bring

Drumming
with Norbeth and Friends
1st and 3rd Tuesdays
6:30pm to 8:30pm at CCL (worth one
CCL point)
Anyone interested in pounding out a beat come on down and join us in fun
and rhythm as we drum for amazing spiritual results.
Bring your drum, rattles, tambourine and didgeridoo or borrow one of
ours. Open to anyone with an interest in drumming. Novices and experts
come to pound out their stress, share their joys and sorrows, and
journey together through a sacred circle.
Come
join us and find your rhythm.

The Healing House with Norbeth Granado and Dr. Ayleen Auguestine
will be starting Meditation circles the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays in
February. These circles will provide the basics of meditation, how to
breathe, and the different modalities of meditation and answer any
questions you may have.

the Angels and Guides of the Light. Her passion is to teach
people spiritual concepts and provide the many spiritual tools

facilitate healing. The angels have given her a term that she
would be proud to be known for: "Joyful Wisdom."

local Druidic Grove and learn the practices of a modern day
Druid. Explore how you can deepen your connection to and work
